Register of which suppliers have been issued with which revision of a part drawing

At this point, we don't provide our suppliers with online access to Agile, so when updating drawings, we still need to send them drawings once we have released a new revision of a part.

Just wondering if anyone has come up with a way to use Agile capability to be able to register which suppliers have been issued with which revision of a drawing (rather than keeping a copy of an email as proof)?  This is important to know for a given part who has which revision as it also indicates who we need to provide with updated drawings.
