I would like upgrade my database 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.4 of my OEBS 11.5.10.cu2

hello,

         I would like upgrade my database 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.4 of  my OEBS 11.5.10.cu2

I would like find a other note about my upgrade with procedure to upgrade.
I have found this note : Doc ID 362203.1

         For my upgrade I do not understand

             1 - If I have to Create a new database in version 10.2.0.4 and afterwards I'll launch a export full of my old database and an Import Full of my New database.

              2 - If it exist a patch which migrate from my database V9.2.0.6 to V10.2.0.4
