Towards the end of Oracle 12i upgrade getting the following Data Error

 This is the second time we are attempting the 12i upgrade in our DEV instance coming from Oracle release 11.5.10.2.

The first time around we came down to last 6000 job in the upgrade step and due to Data issue we had to go back to our 11.5.10.2 and fix the data and start the 12i from step 1.

We are now getting the following data errors and we have about 5000 jobs left to complete the 12i Upgrade steps.

Any Feedbacks , helps greatly appreciated...  thanks

Does anybody come across of these issues:
