Budget Spreadsheet Upload (Upload Budget Amounts) and Budgets that span more than 12 months....

We are trying to upload budget amounts using the Budget Spreadsheet Upload (Upload Budget Amounts) program in Oracle.  The budget we are updating spans 2 years.  The Budget Spreadsheet Upload (Upload Budget Amounts) program requires you to enter a fiscal year.  This causes a problem when data is imported into the budget.  

For example, we have a test budget called Rolling Forecast that spans 2 years, 2010 and 2011.

We are loading data into this budget using Budget Spreadsheet Upload (Upload Budget Amounts)

This program requires you to enter a fiscal year

The file we have has all months for 2010 and 2011

When you enter the fiscal year as 2010, the 2011 data does not load
