Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not Able To View Work Order Request Details From Work Order Page

We are not able to view the work request details from the work order page for work request review. Does anyone have any ideas why?
