Contingent Workers

 Does Oracle Services Procurement have to be implemented in order to use contingent workers. We have setup iProcurement and Purchasing and has been live for a a number of months. Have an issue when trying to assign the PO and PO Line Number to a contingent workers People/Assignment. We would like to utilize the Purchasing Line Type of FIxed Price Temp Labor or Rate Based Temp Labor.

Per review of the Oracle Purchasing User Guide there is a mention of needing to configure Oracle Services Procurement.

We have implemented HR, Procurement (Iproc&Purchasing), GL, AP, Projects, AR and want ot implement OTL for employees and contingent workers.
