Oracle Production Scheduler Issues

 I am using PS 8.12.1 build C782.  After the plan loads from EBS, we do a solve and we get a schedule infesible due to a temporal constraint error.  ANy idea how to solve this?  We also see in the log this warning message.  What is this and how do we fix it?

The duration machine 0:2416:2024 has a duration of 0.
