How to default Journal upload import with validation?

 Hi,
From GL Superuser, we are uploading Journal via Web ADI tru the "Launch Journal Wizard" menu.
In order to prevent users from uploading journals without valdiation, we want to automatically check the descriptive flexfield 'Import With Validation' to Yes.
However, even by setting the profile option "GLDI: Force Full Validation" to Yes, the parameter is still defaulting to "Do Not Import"...
Is this a bug or something else need to be done?
