EBS - Project Roles Mass Changes - Any advice on this?

 Hi all

Our customer has decided to create a new Project Role and reassign people from an existing one to this. In addition, they wish to end date the PM and add a new PM.

They want to do this for approximately 1600 projects.

Anyone got any ideas on the best approach?
