ASCP Collections - Supplier User

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in Collections. We have two instances, one for Transaction and other for Planning.

I have created a supplier User with Supply chain Collaborative Planner and a custom Responsibility in Transaction Instance. Ran the Collections and found that supplier user did not collect in Planning Instance.

I have chosen the parameter in collections as Create Users and associate them with the enterprise.

- How to debug this issue?

- Any pointers why User didn't collect?

- Does oracle support Collections of Custom Responsibility? How can we acheive this functionality?
