Custom form worked fine in one test not working on other test (standard functions

Hi

My save function worked fine on one test instance and now when i registered the same form on another test instance save functionality again not working there but other options are working.

Similarly, My find function worked fine on one test instance and now when i registered the same form on another test instance find functionality again not working there but other options are working (clear,new on find window).

Please if you can give any clue what could be the issue as i am really stuck over here.And what will happen when actually i will migrate to prod?
