Project Budget/PSI

 In R12 we are entering Cost/Rev budgets using the HTML forms but now would like to use the old forms version of PSI. I have heard that once you have entered budgets using the HTML form you can no longer use the forms to do budgets, also that the HTML budgets will not populate into the PSI in the forms.  Can any confirm my understanding if this is ture?  Also if it would be by Operating Unit or Organization level. I have mutliple organizations but only 1 operating unit.
