Timesheets TPGS Service Hangs

 We are having an intermittent problem where the TPGS service (P6.2.1 SP1) pegs the processor at or near 100%.   This is a Win2003 SP2 box running IIS only. When this happens, some users report a problem marking a regular activity (not a milestone) complete, but other users appear unaffected.

The only resolution to the problem appears to be restarting the service or in some cases, the web server itself.

Has anyone else seen this?  Any suggestions?  There is a KB article with a similar problem for milestone activities, but it specifically says other activities are not affected.  We have not yet opened a case for this.
