10.2.0.5 ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [pevm_DEFINE()+276]

I seem to receive this error when multiple processes are running on the system.
I was running 10.2.0.4 and upgraded to 10.2.0.5 hoping it would fix the issue.
Any suggestions?
