Adpatch all worker status is completed with no progress

 We are migrating from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1.We started the maintaince pack. We have 16 workers. The patch has run half way. Currently all workers show completed status for a long time with no progress. Need help to get this through so as to meet the go-live deadlines.
