iReceivables - Customer search not working
Hi,
We have 2 operating units namely A & B. Under A - we did the following
1. Created application user ( created login i.e. username/password )
2. Created customer-address-site & for this site under Contact: Role tab - typed the application user login and saved it.
3. Created another customer-address-site & for this site under Contact: Role tab - selected the application user login from the LOV and saved it.
4. Assigned Customer = application user for this user in Login screen.
5. Logged in using application user ( username/password ) and was able to see those 2 customers.
6. We did the same procedure as above for another operating unit namely B but it is not working.
