Sysman Report has wrong data

This built-in report seems to show bad data:

Oracle Database Software Summary

This is from the last section called .................
"Oracle Database 10g 10.2"
fned  xxxx/oracle/app/product/10.2 10.2.0.4.0
fned  xxxx/oracle/app/product/10.2 10.2.0.1.0

The second record is the correct one; the first is wrong.  My Grid is 10.2.0.5.   Has anyone else seen this problem?
