Two V490 vs One M4000

Hello

I'm planning to migrate my RAC database servers, from two V490 for one M4000.

My doubt is if the M4000 has at least the same processing capacity that currently provide the two V490.

Processor                       4 X 2.1Ghz US-IV+ Dual Core                  2 X 2.53Ghz SPARC64 VII Quad Core

Memory                            32 GB                                                       64 GB
