11gr2 cluvfy post install failed on TCP connectivity check, but 11gr2 grid and RAC are working

I have a 11gr2 grid installed on aix 5.3. After the installation, everything works fine, including both grid and RAC instances. But somehow the cluvfy post install verification failed on the TCP connectivity check: ...
Check: TCP connectivity of subnet "10.xx.yyy.0"

I know there is no node connectivity problem in the cluster. Has any one seen this?
