Ebusiness Tax missing setup

 Hi  Folks,

Could some one explain following things related Ebusiness tax setup.

1. Legal entity setup when we use Tax
2. Tax  specific geography setup (Please explain this setup other than USA)
3. Party Type setup ( First Party Legal entity, First Party Legal Establishment, Operating unit owning tax content, Tax authority, Third party, Third party Site).

Note:- I have reviewed all metalink notes,  EBusiness Tax User guide, Implementation guide. still i am having confusion on mentioned 3 things, please explain bit detail about those setups.
