How to create Promotion as Accumulated Points to get discount manually.

Hi,

Do anyone have experience on create Promotion as Accumulated Points from many invoices, subsequently they would get discount partially?  For example, I buy $10,000 get 10 points.  I buy many invoices until 1000 points --> Next, I will utilize 10 point for 10% discount at a time.  Please inform me if it's not possible.
