HowTo activate notification mail backup jobs (10.2.0.4)

Hello and thanks in advance!

I have several Oracle DB 10.2.0.4 and I need to activate the notification via mail of the status of scheduled backups, but I can not find how to do it via em.

Could you tell me how?
