What to include as affected Items

I’ve been doing a lot of work defining how our company is going to manage changes to our product data using Agile.

We had a very simple manual process before (a change is documented in a Word document with basic information about the change).  However, now that we have the complete product record in Agile and visibility of all the parts and assemblies, it allows us to ask questions that previously would have been very difficult/impossible to answer (and not being able to answer them previously led to a number of issues).

An example of this is the Affected Items on an ECO.
