MAA/HA Questions for EM 11gR1

I have a 3-node 11gR2 cluster (ASM) on rhel5.4. The grid Infrastructure has been successfully installed, SCAN is enabled with three IP addresses, and one cluster RDBMS in place. I would like to install a complete EM Grid Control 11gR1 system using MAA/HA Best Practices for all components: WLS, OMS, RDBMS and Agent. I cannot find an EM 11gR1 version of the TechNet paper (http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/availability/pdf/MAA_WP_10gR2_EnterpriseManagerBestPractices.pdf). A few questions:

1. Does an MAA/HA white paper for 11gR1 EM exist? If so, where?
2. Since OMS now uses WLS 10.3.2, and the installation instructions for EM 11gR1 read "You can install Enterprise Manager Grid Control on an Oracle Web Logic Server Cluster, however, you cannot take advantage of the cluster configurations." - does this mean that Active/Active HA for the OMS is no longer available?
