Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi!

I have a problem with Receiving Transaction Manager, because the concurrent is not active, and I check the Note in metalink in the point

Verify the PROCESSES column. Here the ACTUAL and TARGET columns
should have the same number.

But I never have actual and target equal, I don't know, maybe, i am not doing good things, Can you help me?
