Commitment burden cost after retro-change of burden schedule
The issue is in PSI for commitments. After the purchase order is funds checked for its burdened cost, it is displayed in PSI as a commitment for the full burdened cost amount. Now, if the user makes a retroactive increase to the burden schedule rates, recompiles and recalculates burden amounts, will the burdened cost of the commitment be updated? If not, then there is the risk of overspending if the commitment burdened cost is not increased accordingly.
