Organization role in RBS and planning resource list

Organization roles are available: in LOV for "Role" Resource type in RBS, and in LOV for "Incurred by Resource" in planning resource list.  How org roles work with actuals and plans?

For example. I assign organization role to supplier (N: Project - setup - organizations).

Also assign RBS, using roles (on bottom level) to this project. 

After that I enter invoice in Payables with this supplier and the project (validate, create accounting, transfer to Projects, run update requests)

But actuals did not mapped to role level (bottom level) of RBS (they mapped to other higher) levels.

Why? What's wrong ?
