 Hi All,
    I have an Oracle 10.2.0.4 database set up on UNIX. The application is on a Windows server. The system is generally OLTP but with major batch jobs run over the weekend when the users are offline. On Monday morning the users in 2 of the 3 major remote sites that access the application are complaining of general slowness, like the system is hanging at periods and it seems to be taking 7 or 8 times as long to process their transactions and some sessions have been disconnected.
