oem job fails but see no reason for why it failed.

 I have a job that keeps failing in oem but when I look at the output I don't see anything that failed.  the job simply calls a batch file to do some copies of files from one server to another with robocopy. 

Below is the failure information:

Status Failed
Exit Code 1
Step ID 421552
Targets

facet.DrugSafetyAlliance.com

How can I tell what is generating this Failed Status?
