need to create script for cold backup for WINDOWS 2003 SERVER

 hi,      I need to create Cold Backup Script for WINDOWS 2003 SERVER
Scenario is 1)First Database shld be down then copies all Physical files then again Database shld be Up Automatically so if send this Scipt then it wil quite easy to scheduled job.
