Integration of My Oracle Support and EM Grid Control 11g / Please provide feedback

Hello,

I've been at one of the EM 11g Launch Event and heard a very interesting presentation about the integration of My Oracle Support in EM Grid Control 11g. I now have the following Questions:

We've been told that the integration of the "Patches and Updates Tab" in the UI of EM has the possibility to check the configuration data that is collected into the local EM repository against the available patch data at oracle by downloading the ARU data and doing the checks for available patches on the local machine. When this is done the patches can be downloaded from within the EM Grid Control UI. Is it real working that way? Why should I than use the OCM from My Oracle Support? Also when opening SRs automatically and get them prioritized from EM do I still need to have
