Is it possible to have multiple languages for the etax "Legal Justification Message Reporting Codes"

 We have multi language but if there anyway of storing multiple descriptions and linking them to a language when setting up the "Legal Justification Message Reporting Codes" for tax rates? Or do I have to set up multiple codes for each language and then get the invoice to take the coorect meesage depending if I have EN or FR at the start of the code? We need this because if we send an invoice to a French Customer from our UK site and the language code is FR, we don't want the whole invocie to be in French except for
