Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to fix or delete broken ICM transaction in HFM ?

Hi,

We have a problem with an ICM transaction that has somehow lost it's partner entity. It is blank.

The transaction appears to be matched but it cannot be unmatched nor can it be deleted (which is our ultimate goal).

Is there any way to fix this?
