"clear cache" on rateGeoCache

  when i create rates via directsql (or upload them as csv), they will only be available for rating (RIQ, planning) in the UI after a "clear cache" on rateGeoCache or after opening them once in the UI (edit, finish, no changes).
i do remember there is a URL to run the clear cache, but don't have it handy
can you tell me what is that URL?
