Distributed File Servers Agile 9.3 - Real Time Replication - Linux 5.4

 Hello

Looking for a recommendation on what kind of replication software to use for a Linux 5.4 file server for our Agile 9.3 implementation. We have remote design locations in China and Korea and would like to do real time replication of the files that those groups create back to our data center in the USA. I understand XCOPY and RSync are possibilities. If anyone can share any information on those or something else, I would appreciate it. Thanks
