Precompilers and OCI (MOSC)

 Please excuse for coming up here in this OCI forum with this question but I see now way to get help.
This morning I logged into Metalink, went to discussions as usual and the only discussion group I get offered in the left column is "My Communities (subscribed)" and the only listed is Oracle Database->Precompilers and OCI.

I'm stumped.
