How can I do extensions in trademanagement?

 I need to do some personalisations in Oracle Trade Management. However I see that neither  'About This Page' nor 'Personalize Page' links on any page of Oracle Trade Management even though the required profile options 'FND: Diagnostics', 'FND:Personalization Region Link Enabled' ','FND:Personalize Self-Service Defn' are set to 'yes'.

Can know how to proceed further with extensions/customizations in Oracle Trade Management?
