11.1 GC Installation on RAC Repository Fails to Discover Hostname

I am running LINUX 5.4 on x86_64 using 11gR2 RAC of two nodes; WLS 10.3.2; and, 11gR2 repository (clustered with RAC).

I am installing the Grid Control binaries and the installer is showing a WARNING on hostname.

As shown below it appears that the installer is not finding the domain name on the server (here dgsoel01).

Has anyone gotten this warning?  Is there something I need to do when I start the installer to point to the SCAN?  I am finding no documentation on what is need here for installation on RAC.

From the log in /oracle/oraInventory/logs:

INFO: Performing check for CheckHostName
