Getting Failed to get Deployment Manager exception: deploy Agile 9.3

 Hi,
We are trying to install new Agile 9.3 instance on Solaris and we encounter 'Failed At: Could not get Deployment Manager' exception when executing configure.sh. We are giving the correct oc4jadmin password but still gives the exception. Below are the steps we executed for this installation:
1. Installed 10.1.3.1 OAS
2. Upgraded 10.1.3.1 to 10.1.3.4
3. Installed Agile 9.3 Application
4. Failed deploying Agile

Any idea on this issue?
