Are inter-project relationships ignored when scheduling projects with Job Services?

We are using Job Services to schedule our projects and we would like to know if inter-project relationships ignored when scheduling projects with Job Services?

Example:

I have two projects...A & B. Both have inter project ties to each other. I have a line item in Job Services to Schedule project A. I have a line item in Job Services to Schedule project B. What does job services do with each project regarding the inter-project ties? When I open each in the morning, will both A & B reflect schedule dates that result in the inter project ties being honored, or realized?

Howdy, Stranger!
