SunSolve Knowledge search does not find documents

Support has recommended I review some "Technical Instruction" documents but SunSolve Knowledge search can not find either  - 211485 or 204226
 Here's the text from the email (SR 72943826):

This document will refer you to many useful documents.  The
one we need to start with is Technical Instruction document 204226:
