Creating data assignment rules
How do I go about creating data assignment rules? For ex: If I am assigning Lead records based on the 'Billing US State field' for 2 Users. I would like to assign CA, OR and WA records to Sales person 1 and NJ, NY, GA records to Sales person 2. Do I need to create multiple rules for sales person 1 and sales person 2 or can I specify multiple values using comma in the values section of rule criteria for each sales person. Finally will I have 6 rules and 1 rule criteria in each or will I have 2 rules and 1 rule criteria in each?
