EE Turnover Report R080430

I am trying to get this report to work with no luck, very frustrating.  Nancy H mentioned that she had heard that most don't use it as maintaining the turnover table is time consuming.  Besides correcting incorrect entries on an ad hoc basis, I've not come across anything in PBook that talks to ongoing mainenance of this table.  Can anyone confirm/deny there is a lot of maintenance?  If so what does it consist of?
