Is ACH/EFT PPD Format Available in release 8.10?

Question:
E8.10 Tools Release 3.  We want to setup ACH/EFT and based on the information we got from the bank and what I have seen in JDE.  The bank is requiring a PPD format, but this does not appear available in E8.10.  However, based on the documentation I have seen, it should be abailable in E8.10 - P04572T1 / R04572T1.
