Hi all,

We are trying to resize a datafile to reclaim space on the OS.

Database 11.1.0.6 on Linux x86-64

The tablespace is HRD.

(1) select * from dba_tablespaces where tablespace_name = 'HRD';

TABLESPACE_NAME                BLOCK_SIZE INITIAL_EXTENT NEXT_EXTENT MIN_EXTENTS
------------------------------ ---------- -------------- ----------- -----------
MAX_EXTENTS PCT_INCREASE MIN_EXTLEN STATUS    CONTENTS  LOGGING   FOR EXTENT_MAN

Howdy, Stranger!
