Row 1 Error - Please select a calendar for this project before enabling the Workplan Structure.

Hi Project Gurus,
I am trying to create a project template and I receive the error "Row 1 Error - Please select a calendar for this project before enabling the Workplan Structure.", when I try to set Set the Final,Workplan and Deliverable options on the Structures tab.

Any one has a clue why?

The Calendar etc have been set at the Implementation Option level so I guess that should not be the issue.
