Recovery Procedure from ORA-01200 ?

Hi,
I am new to the Oracle community and would appreciate some assistance. I am interested to know if there is a common recovery procedure available for the error ORA-01200? We are receiving the following error messages when we attempt to start the database:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-01110: data file 2: '/data/oradata/pfs/o1_mf_undo_tbs_3dcbs4j0_.dbf'
ORA-01122: database file 2 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 2: '/data/oradata/pfs/o1_mf_undo_tbs_3dcbs4j0_.dbf'
ORA-01200: actual file size of 12800 is smaller than correct size of 14720 blocks
