Set Print quantity defaults at user level

Currently on 11.5.9. Plan an upgrade in 2010 to R12.1. Specific users wish to set default print quantity for certain reports within a request set at their individual level. In other words, User A wants the Sales Order Acknowledgement to always print 2 copies for her. User B always needs only 1 copy. User C always simply views the Ack and, therefore wants the default for this document to be zero for his user ID.  Is this possible without changing print quantities for the entire request set for every user with that set within their responsibility set?
