OCR and Voting Disk on ASM? 11g R2

Hi

we will be creating a 2 node RAC 11g R2 on Windows X64 2003
We need to know that even in 11g is it still recommended to create 2 DISK Groups +DATA and +FRA? If yes, then on which Disk group should we place the OCR and Voting Disk?

Is this a safe option or are there any issues with storing OCR and Voting Disks on ASM? If there are, we will store the OCR and Voting disks on OCFS2 partition instead
