Do I have to install Oracle WebLogic server prior to a new installation of Gid Control (OEM) 11g?

 Hello there,

I am trying to install OEM 11g on a Sun SPARC, I can not pass the point of "Specify Install Locations". The "installer" seems looking for Oracle WebLogic Server, which is not installed on the host at this moment. I am very confused. Could someone please advance me whether I must install a certified Oracle WebLogic Server prior to the installation of OEM 11g (11.1.0.1)? From all that I read, there seems no need of any prerequisite installations at all...confused, confused, and very confused.
